1. Parties and Scope

These Terms apply to all use of Synedica Labs websites, product pages, account functionality, checkout, order communications and supply of research-use materials. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and Research Use Disclaimer.

2. Research Use Only

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. Products are not medicines, foods, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, controlled therapeutic products or consumer-use goods. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of disease.

3. Buyer Eligibility and Warranties

• You are at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction.
• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional or authorised representative of a research organisation.
• You will not resell, relabel, administer, consume, compound for human/animal use or market products as medicines or supplements.
• You are responsible for checking import, possession, handling, storage and disposal rules in your jurisdiction.
• You will provide accurate account, shipping and contact information.

4. Account Requirement

An account is required before adding products to cart and completing checkout. Account data is encrypted client-side where technically possible. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and ensuring the accuracy of address and contact details.

5. Product Information

Product descriptions, purity references, receptor pathway information and protocol references are provided for scientific context only. They do not constitute medical advice, dosing guidance for humans or animals, therapeutic claims or regulatory approval statements.

6. Pricing, Currency and Taxes

Prices are displayed and charged in GBP. Prices may change without notice before order confirmation. Import duties, customs charges, taxes or brokerage fees may apply depending on destination and are the buyer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Crypto-Only Payment

Checkout supports cryptocurrency payments only: BTC, ETH, USDT and LTC. Live GBP conversion is provided for convenience. You must send the exact amount to the displayed address and network. Sending the wrong asset, wrong network or insufficient amount may result in delayed processing or permanent loss outside our control.

8. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order request does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, cancel or hold an order for compliance, stock, address verification, payment mismatch, suspected misuse, fraud, sanctions or legal concerns.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options include UK Royal Mail Tracked 48/24 and Europe EDP/Chronopost, with refrigerated/cold-chain packaging where required. Dispatch windows, costs and timing are described on the Shipping page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

10. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Goods

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Opened, used, tampered, unsealed or temperature-compromised research materials cannot be returned. Damage or incorrect shipment claims must be reported within 7 calendar days with evidence.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the site to breach laws, bypass compliance checks, submit false information, attempt chargeback-style crypto disputes, reverse engineer security features, scrape at scale, or purchase products for human/animal administration.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synedica Labs is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive or loss-of-profit damages; misuse; unlawful import; incorrect handling; failed cold-chain caused by delivery refusal; wrong wallet/network transfers; or claims arising from use outside legitimate laboratory research.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Synedica Labs against claims, losses, costs and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, unlawful import, inaccurate information, or use outside research purposes.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms for operational, legal or compliance reasons. The updated version applies from publication unless otherwise stated.
