3. Dispatch days
Orders are dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Orders placed after Tuesday 18:00 GMT ship the following Monday.
4. Cold-chain packaging
All shipments use refrigerated insulated foam containers with phase-change cooling material that maintains 2–8 °C in transit (rated up to 96 hours of cold-chain integrity).
5. Discreet delivery
External packaging is plain — no branding, no product disclosure. Internal documentation includes only research labelling and the Certificate of Analysis (COA). Tracking is provided immediately upon dispatch.
6. Customs (EU)
Synedica Labs handles export documentation for all EU shipments. Buyers are responsible for any import VAT or duties charged by the destination country.
7. Lost or damaged shipments
If a package arrives damaged or fails QC inspection on receipt, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We replace or refund without delay — see the Refund & Returns Policy.
