Who writes this, who checks it, and how it gets fixed
Our catalogue pages and research notes are read by people deciding how to spend a lab budget. That deserves a stated process, not an implicit one.

Authorship
All catalogue copy, protocol notes and comparison articles are written by the Synedica Labs Research Team and published under that byline. The team combines bench experience in peptide handling with the order desk's view of what actually goes wrong in transit. No article carries a stock-photo author.
Review before publication
Two gates apply:
- Technical gate: the Quality Unit checks every analytical, storage and handling claim against the batch record or the cited method before a page goes live.
- Commercial gate: a second reader checks that no claim outruns the evidence — that research findings are not written as clinical facts, and that prices, thresholds and delivery windows match the live backend.
Pages that fail either gate stay unpublished or are trimmed until they pass.
Source hierarchy
When sources disagree, we rank them in this order and say so in the text:
- Our own batch data and certificates of analysis.
- Peer-reviewed primary literature.
- Official monographs, pharmacopoeial methods and regulator guidance.
- Manufacturer technical documentation.
- Secondary summaries and trade press, only where nothing above exists.
Dates and freshness
Every article carries a published date, and pages that describe prices, couriers or thresholds carry a reviewed date. Anything touching shipping or payment is checked at least quarterly. When a courier rate, confirmation threshold or policy changes, the affected pages are updated in the same batch rather than left to drift.
Corrections
- Substantive corrections are applied to the page and noted with date and reason at the bottom of the article.
- Typographical fixes are made silently.
- If a correction changes a price, a purity figure or a delivery promise, buyers who ordered within the affected window are e-mailed directly.
- To flag an error: [email protected] with the URL and the sentence. Aim: acknowledge in one business day.
Reviews and moderation
On-site reviews are submitted by buyers and held for moderation. Moderation removes spam, duplicates and content-free one-liners; it does not remove low ratings. A verified critical review stays published. Where a review disputes a batch, the reply is public.
AI use
Assistance tools are used for structure, drafting and translation. Every claim still passes the two gates above, and no page is auto-published from a model output. Machine-readable facts are published separately in llms.txt so answers can be checked against a single canonical source instead of an inference.
What we will not do
- Call a research peptide a medicine.
- Publish a purity figure without a lot behind it.
- Use countdown pressure that resets on every page load.
- Hide the shipping cost until the last step.
- Present a review average without showing the individual reviews.
